Zombie dog and cat

Hello all,

It's time for some inspiration from the design team at thePrickley Pear blog .  I chose to make a Halloween card scene using Build A Cat and Rags the Zombie Dog.  The bare tree is also a new die.  I die cut and stamped the zombie cat out of DP and Rags is colored with Copics and then fussy cut. For the embossed brick I added the yellow disress ink to one side of the embossing folder, ran it through my Big Shot then added the orange ink to raised areas not pressing too hard.  These two are ready for Halloween!  You can check out the new releases in the Store and visit the Prickley Pear blog to see what the design team has for you this week!

Lots of fun Halloween and Christmas images as well! Go check them out a do a little shopping!  I kept this card quite simple I embossed the image with black embossing powder, The sentiment is not new but I thought it would work well embossed in copper.  Added a few leaves embossed as well, some twine and thin washi tape.  Done!  DP is BoBunny Autumn song. Some foiled card stock as well for the Mini Flouish which is a new die! Hope You like it!  Please stop by the Prickley Pear blog and check out the rest of the design team's creations.

Sweet Fall Owl

Happy Friday all,

Wanted to share a card I made today with Unity's KOM for September called Happy, Thankful &Blessed.  You can find it HERE   I am really in the mood to make fall cards right now because our weather here in Prescott,Arizona is so nice and cool. Plus I have all my fall decorations out as well.  This card I made actually for our granddaughter's birthday who is a freshman in college in Ohio. Wanted to do a non-traditional card for her since she is an adult now.  I found this fun new embossing folder from Cuttlebug and wanted to do a plaid effect.  I just used the small Color Box Cat's Eye stamp pads in 4 colors ran them over one side of the folder, added white card stock then ran it through the big shot to emboss and added some distress ink in Walnut. I think it came out great. Colored this cute owl with Copics and added a little sparkle with a Wink Of Stella brush in Clear. Added Glossy Accents over his eyes. Stamped and gold embossed some leaves on the side.
